TERMS OF SERVICE

Payments may be processed under the name Nanang Rifai as an authorized representative.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by arkan.web.id (“Arkan”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated under Arkan Web Indonesia.

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Arkan provides a comprehensive range of digital services, including but not limited to:

Website & Design
  • Website development
  • Landing page creation
  • Website evaluation and performance improvement
  • Website maintenance and updates
  • Website speed optimization (PageSpeed & Core Web Vitals)
Branding & Creative
  • Logo design
  • Basic brand identity development
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Basic SEO setup
  • On-page and technical SEO
  • Monthly SEO services and optimization
Digital Advertising
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads setup
  • Ads strategy and campaign structuring
  • Ads evaluation and performance analysis
  • Ongoing ads management (monthly retainer)
Analytics & Tracking
  • Google Analytics setup
  • Meta Pixel integration
  • Conversion tracking implementation
Maintenance & Retainer Services
  • Website maintenance and updates
  • SEO maintenance
  • Ads management and optimization
  • Performance monitoring and reporting

All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed project scope, timeline, and deliverables.

2. Project Agreement & Scope

Each project is defined by a mutually agreed scope.

  • Any request outside the agreed scope will be considered additional work and may incur extra charges.
  • Clients must provide all required materials (content, images, access) on time.

3. Payment Terms

  • A minimum 50% down payment (DP) is required before work begins.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • If the client cancels the project during development, all payments made will be retained by Arkan and no deliverables will be provided.
  • Final files or deliverables will only be released after full payment is completed.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • PayPal
  • Indonesian bank transfer

4. Revisions Policy

  • Revisions are limited to a maximum of 5 rounds, depending on the selected package.
  • A revision is defined as a consolidated list of changes submitted at one time.
  • Requests beyond scope or excessive revisions may incur additional fees.

5. Timeline & Delivery

All project timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on project scope, complexity, and client responsiveness.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Landing Page: up to 5 business days
  • Google / Meta Ads Setup: up to 3 business days
  • Logo Design: up to 3 business days
  • Ads Evaluation: up to 5 business days
  • Website Development: varies based on complexity (typically starting from 15 business days)
  • Ongoing maintenance: based on contract duration

Important Notes:

  • Timelines begin only after down payment is received and all required materials have been provided by the client.
  • Delays caused by incomplete materials, unclear instructions, or late responses from the client will result in timeline adjustments.
  • Each revision request may extend the delivery timeline depending on the scope of changes.
  • Final delivery will be made only after full payment has been completed.

Arkan will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

6. Delay Compensation

If a delay occurs due solely to the fault of Arkan, we may offer compensation at our discretion.

Such compensation may include, but is not limited to:

  • Service discounts
  • Additional features or services
  • Project upgrades
Conditions:
  • Compensation is only applicable if the delay is not caused by the client, third-party services, or force majeure events.
  • Compensation is provided as a goodwill gesture and does not constitute a legal obligation or liability.
  • The type and value of compensation will be determined by Arkan based on the nature and impact of the delay.

Arkan shall not be held liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to hosting issues, third-party platform downtime, or regulatory restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client after full payment.
  • Arkan reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arkan is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential business losses
  • Performance issues caused by third-party services (hosting, plugins, payment gateways)
  • Client misuse of delivered products

9. Data & Storage

Client data may be stored using secure third-party platforms including:

  • Cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive)
  • Hosting providers (e.g., Hostinger)

We take reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

All official communication must be conducted via:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client violates these Terms
  • Payments are not completed
  • There is abusive or inappropriate communication

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Indonesian jurisdiction.

14. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
